Oracular Co-Encounters: A Multi-Media Art Installation
Oracular Co-Encounters works with feminine architecture, beginning with the geomantic structure of the labyrinth, architectural acoustics of historical sacred sites, and oracular rituals. These artworkings, as matrixial mediators, involve textile wall hangings, and floor labyrinths as both horizontal and vertical architectural interventions, which temporarily transform the architecture of traditional gallery spaces and foster an embodied, co-relational and multi-sensorial experience of art. The installation includes a backlit video projection piece of invited collaborators embodying the oracle and responding to the art.
